Morgan Digital, a dynamic web and graphic design agency, is actively seeking passionate and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our remote team. We are on the lookout for individuals who share our enthusiasm for design and have a proven track record of high performance in agencies specialising in design, marketing, development, or similar fields.
Responsibilities:
- Strategise, execute, and optimise email and social outreach campaigns
- Utilise tools to enhance data quality and accuracy
- Engage with prospects across various channels, qualifying leads effectively
- Manage and update the CRM system
- Warm up prospects, schedule appointments, and respond to enquiries
- Participate in client and prospect calls, identifying suitable projects
- Draft comprehensive proposals for both prospects and existing clients
- Establish and maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients
- Generate invoices for new and existing projects, managing client onboarding
- Liaise with project managers to convey project scope and expectations
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of agreed-upon services, ensuring client satisfaction
- Analyse existing customers, providing insights for workflow improvements
- Consistently meet personal and team-based daily and monthly sales targets
- Conduct research, create reports, and develop strategic plans
Remuneration:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base pay and commission for every sale, whether from existing or new clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience at an agency (design, development, or marketing)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development role
- Previous experience in a similar role at an agency targeting B2B clients
- Proven track record in scoping projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering projects to B2B clients
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis for identifying new growth channels and workflow improvements
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in using various software for data enrichment, campaign management, and result tracking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
