Morgan Digital have worked with H&M since 2018, originally tasked with improving sales through making improvements to their digital presence as well as helping to set up a CRM system for their Sales teams. Since 2018 we have helped in many areas including supporting internal Health & Safety Teams with video production & HR teams with staff engagement. We currently act as a partnered marketing agency for H&M working closely with the Commercial Director and HR Director as well as other teams within the business.
To support H&M’s continued growth and evolving needs, we took a holistic approach to their marketing and communications strategy. This included a full overhaul of their digital presence to improve visibility and lead generation, the implementation of a custom CRM system to streamline sales operations, and ongoing content creation to engage both external customers and internal teams. We’ve also delivered bespoke video production for Health & Safety initiatives and internal communications, enhancing staff engagement and compliance.
