Do I need to do anything technical to set it up?
No. We handle every part of the build. You’ll need to give us access to your WordPress site and CRM, and join us for a 1-hour discovery call. That’s it. We take care of everything else and walk you through the finished bot before it goes live.
What if the bot says something wrong?
The bot answers from your actual content — not from the open internet. That means it only says what you’ve told it to say. In the rare case a visitor asks something outside the knowledge base, the bot is trained to say it doesn’t have that information and offer a way to get in touch directly.
Can I update what the bot knows if my services change?
Yes. Minor prompt and copy updates are included in all retainers. For bigger changes — a rebrand, a new service, a full knowledge base refresh — we offer a fixed-price refresh package. Either way, it’s straightforward and quick.
What CRMs does it integrate with?
HubSpot and GoHighLevel are our primary integrations and are included in Growth and Pro packages. If you use a different CRM, let us know — n8n supports over 400 integrations and we can likely connect to it. We’ll scope it out as part of your discovery call.
Does the bot work on mobile?
