Say hello to the newest MD recruits!

Hi everyone. It’s me, Callum and I’ve got some pretty big news to share.

But first, some context. 

If you’d asked me a few years ago where Morgan Digital would be heading in 2026, the honest answer would have been simple. 

Forward. 

Nothing fancy or fantastical, just an honest belief that whatever we were doing, whether on social, or web builds, or SEO, progress mattered more than anything. 

And I think we’ve gone a little further than that. 

After a record 2025, our biggest client win to date landing in early 2026, and an already fantastic team, I’m delighted to say that 7 have become 9. 

That’s right, welcome both Naomi Larkin as Operations Director and Holly McEvoy as Marketing Operations Manager.

Hello Naomi 👋 

Let’s start with Naomi, because this one is a big deal for me. It’s the first time I’ve welcomed another director into MD HQ. 

After a conversation in the latter half of 2025, Naomi agreed to come onboard as our Operations Director. If you know anything about agencies, you’ll know just how important that role is when a business hits its next phase.

She brings senior agency experience from her time leading operations at a digital agency in Wigan. She’s spent years running the engine behind the scenes whilst pushing new business development.

That experience matters, because we’ve just landed our biggest ever client and retained most of our 2025 base. 

Her focus is on how we work day-to-day. Improving delivery consistency, supporting the team, and making sure growth actually makes the business better, not busier.

In short, she brings clarity, experience, and calm at exactly the right moment. She’s going to be a big asset for MD. 

Hello Holly 👋

Technically, Holly has been with us a good few months now. Honestly, it’s like she’s been here from the start. 

She sits right at the point where clients, delivery and day-to-day execution meet, which makes her role a crucial one for us. Particularly with her work on one of our biggest retained clients. The feedback has been super so far. 

As projects get bigger and relationships more complex, that operational grip becomes essential.

What stands out about Holly is how close she stays to both the detail and the people. She understands what clients need, what delivery teams need, and how to bridge the gap between the two. 

And she’s not afraid to get to the nub of things with people (love that). 

Like Naomi, this is Holly’s first role with a Warrington-based employer, which we’re genuinely proud of. She’s already making a real impact, and she’s a key part of how we keep raising standards while staying easy to work with.

We’ve got new people starting with us. We’ve welcomed new clients in. We’ve also launched new services

But whilst things might be new, what hasn’t changed is the MD Way. We roll our sleeves up, get stuck in and make a difference to our clients. Whether that’s through sites, social or search.
